Originally from Montreal, Canada I have lived and worked in Amsterdam, the Netherlands for the last 12 years. Over the last eight years I have supported, coached and facilitated many men and women and their profit or non-profit organizations to develop a greater sense of soul centred leadership. My work is primarily focused on broadening and opening up new perspectives on personal, organisational and social levels in order to break through dominant paradigms allowing for emerging innovation and creativity and new relationship.

Prior to living in the Netherlands I spent many years working as for Doctors without Borders, the Geneva Initiative on Psychiatry and Netherlands Institute for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention as Project Manager in Central and Eastern Europe focusing on reforming medical and psycho-social care in countries such as Russian, the Ukraine, Lithuania, Bosnia Herzegovina and Albania. Much of my worked involved setting up networks of organizations, policy development as well as project and financial management. I have also developed and implemented a number of global training courses around various health promotion themes.

I hold a degree in Social Sciences from York University, Toronto, Canada, trained as a coach and consultant at the Institute for the Application of Social Sciences (IAS), in Harlem. My work is informed by Jungian psychology, Gestalt, Systems theory, Group Relations theory and the work of Joseph Campbell on myth and metaphor. I am currently a student of the Ridwhan School for Spiritual Development.
