Leading yourself has got to be one of the most difficult tasks we learn in our lives. I’ve met many men and women over the years who have spent years leading other people. All of them have shared with me the difficult struggle of being true to themselves, staying curious about who they are and not succumbing constantly to the wants and needs of others both at home and at work. These days getting in touch with who you are, your unique talents and loves and an ability to evoke a sense of peace and calm in yourself are the best tools of staying clear in your life and work. We are living in fast times, with information coming at us from all sides - knowing your values, your ethics and who you are is what can help you not only to lead yourself but to lead others and let’s face it stay sane!

Transitional Coaching

Transitional coaching is about bridging change and readjustment, making clearer choices and taking actions which we stand behind and feel confident about be it on a personal or professional level. My coaching clients come from varied and diverse professions and roles; Marketing and communication consultants, Trainers, Facilatators, Financial Controllers, Auditors, Management Consultants, CEOs, Project managers, mothers and fathers and small and medium size business owners. Various transitions include; next level management, change of profession or professional environment, moving from one country to another, bridging business to non-profit or the other way around, succession planning and retirement, divorce, marriage, motherhood and fatherhood

Personal Leadership Programs

I am involved in the development and implementation of personal leadership programs both at TIASNimbas Business School, Tilburg, the Netherlands (http://www.tiasnimbas.edu/) and at the Interactive /Media/ Design Program, Royal Academy of Art, the Hague, the Netherlands (http://interactivemediadesign.blogspot.com/). The diversity of working both with Business Managers and toung interactive media artist is a constant source of inspiration. Each program is tailor designed as an emergent and co-creative process to support the person, his/her role and the context in which he or she relates to.
